Radio Access Control (RAN) Optimization


RAN backhaul transport is a major expense for mobile service operators. Our expertise and experience coupled with Cisco’s Mobile Wireless Router (MWR) provides GSM/UMTS optimization, produces efficiency gains of 50% on average for second-generation traffic and 15-90% for 3G traffic. Quality of Service and IP routing is also extended to the cell site resulting in cost reductions and rapid provisioning of 3G media-rich content.
